The quilt as at the end of today

Handpainted fabric

Continuing my attempts at handpainting fabric. This piece started as white, was then painted with burgundy lumiere, and then metallic bronze

Screenprinted fabric 2

  1. Wow I’d love to be able to do that!

  2. Tried to post comment through Thunderbird mail thingy but did’t work. Both Dad and I like the orange one. It looks like a bushfire. Really cool. Mum and Dad

  3. Wonderful stuff. I am really enjoying seeing this develop.

  4. Beautiful – really like the quilt, and the fabric you’ve chosen to add to it will look lovely … =D

    • Thank you! I’m on the home stretch as far as fabric goes. I still have a bit to add to one side as I discovered – despite all my careful measuring – there wasn’t enough overhang for the sides on the bed!
