What old woman?

My good friend saw an old woman in my painting. I’ve cropped the painting and smoothed out a few lines to emphasise where I think the old woman that she sees – lives.

Can you catch her in the original? You really need to squint and blur your eyes and look from a distance. If you focus on the baby’s head as being her bulbous nose she may pop out. With it tilted back the proper way, it’s harder to see.

  1. Ohmygoodness! It looks like she’s sweeping something and contemplating the moon. layers upon layers in your painting 🙂

  2. Hi Lysh, i can see her too. Didn’t have to squint. Maybe only visible if you view the painting from a distance.
